Nuche is a small team of engravers and pet people. Every portrait is reviewed by a human before it touches slate, because these keepsakes end up in homes at the happiest and hardest moments of pet ownership. If a photo will not engrave beautifully, we call you before we cut.

What kind of photo works best for engraving?
A clear, well-lit photo taken with any modern phone works well. Face the pet toward the camera in natural light and avoid heavy shadows. Our team optimizes every image for slate contrast before engraving, and we will contact you within one business day if a photo will not engrave cleanly.
How fast will the coaster arrive?
Standard turnaround is 7 to 10 business days from photo approval to delivery, whether it ships to your clinic or directly to your client. Rush options are available for memorial orders; call us at (520) 447-3737.
Is there a minimum order or a contract?
No minimums and no contracts. Order a single coaster for a single client, or set up a standing program for every new-patient visit and memorial. Clinic partners get a dedicated online order form and pay per coaster.
What goes on the back of the coaster?
Your clinic name, phone number, website, and an optional short message are engraved on the reverse at no extra charge. Every time your client sets down a coffee cup, your practice is the name underneath it.
How does drop shipping to my client work?
For $10 more per order, we gift-wrap the coaster and ship it directly to your client's address with your printed insert included: a thank-you card, a handwritten-style sympathy note, a review request with your Google link, or any material you send us. The package presents as a gift from your practice.
